Weight Loss Warriors

 

WIN the battle of the bulge, and CHANGE your life forever with

Weight Loss Warriors™!


  Weight Loss Warriors™ is Black Diamond Taekwondo’s new and exciting

  weight loss and whole person fitness program! Based on the timeless

  self-mastery principles taught in martial arts, it is weight loss and fitness

  that will last as you learn a more mentally and physically empowered way

  of life. We don’t just want you to win the battle; we want to show you how to

  eliminate the battle for good!

 

  Weight Loss Warriors™ will consist of a cardio and strength training

  class on Mondays from 7:30-8:30 pm.

 

 

 

 Successful change and self-mastery

works from the inside out. Changing behavior only is not enough. We must change the beliefs that govern our behavior in order to really change our lives forever.

 

It’s time for the ‘battle of the bulge’ to be a thing of the past. We do not aim to win this battle, but to eliminate it for good!

Weight Loss Warriors Empowerment Principles

 

Our program and your success in it is all based on these 5 empowering principles!

 

  These principles are the same ones used to train martial artists in empowerment and self-discipline all over the world and

  are the same ones we will share with you to help you have the healthful life that you want and deserve to have. Below is a

  brief definition of what each one means in terms of learning to live a healthy lifestyle.

 

            Courtesy and Respect:

Learning how to care for and nurture your body, mind, and soul and being kind and respectful in judgments and beliefs about yourself and others.

 

            Integrity:

Learning to be honest with yourself, working your hardest no matter who is watching you, and developing strength of body, mind, and character.

 

            Perseverance:

Real commitment to your goals, never giving up, moving quickly past mistakes, and making self-discipline a way of life.

 

            Self-Control:

Practicing moderation in all things, resisting temptations which do not move you closer to your goals, controlling limiting or negative thinking or beliefs, creating better habits, feeling empowered, and training yourself towards improvement.

 

            Indomitable Spirit:

Not allowing addictions in your life, developing the will and winning strategies to overcome obstacles and challenges, not allowing social norms or other ideals to control your life, connecting to a higher power within yourself to become unstoppable.
